An Empowering Diversity Program By Working With Pride
Learn to lead and influence…. using the power of your own story.

FAQs
Leading With Pride is designed for early career self-identified LGBT+ and Ally professionals. Participants need to speak English and have basic writing and presentation skills. Some capability with MS Word and PowerPoint or similar tools is recommended. Eventually, we plan to create versions of Leading With Pride for other groups such as women and people with different abilities. Participants commit to attend all 6 days and to complete homework.
Leading With Pride consistently collects feedback from current and on-going participants on their growth and use of their new skills. With the Pune Session in May, a formal assessment program was implemented measuring participants growth over a 6-month period after the class both from the participant’s view as well as the view of an objective mentor or associate. Results indicate that the program was transformational for all the participants.
