* Share success stories and best practices related to creating, leading and participating in LGBTQIA ERGs.
* Brainstorm on strategies/issues faced with ERGs.
* Share information and data in alignment with individual company policies.
* Collaborate addressing and preventing workplace harassment, bullying and helping people come out or transition in the Workplace.
* Relevant news that affects ERGs directly.
* Support each other through personal journey’s such as coming out at work, to families, gender affirming transitions etc.
Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) community
The overall focus of the this community is to help D&I Professionals create highly successful LGBTQIA Diversity and Inclusion Programs.
* Share and celebrate success stories and best practices related to creating, leading and participating LGBTQIA Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives and Programs.
* Brainstorm on strategies/issues faced by LGBTQIA Diversity and Inclusion Programs.
* Share information and data in alignment with individual company policies.
* Collaborate addressing and preventing workplace harassment, bullying and discrimination in the Workplace.
